Pokertracker not working with Pokerstars only

it wont recognize me at the table at all on PS only
itll log 1 hand of my opponents and then stop

the auto detect feature says that pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk, but all the other sites have no issues, whats going on?

We have a guide for PokerStars here and if your client isn't being detected you can manually add your PokerStars hand history folder using the 'Add' button:

Make sure your PokerStars client set to save your hand history files in:

PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History -> [x] Save My Hand History.

If you need further assistance report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file and screenshots of the following windows:

1. "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History" in PokerStars.

2. "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars" in PokerTracker 4.
