Pokerbros HH

Hi , i am playing on pokerbros with H2N but i would like to switch to PT4.
I have a problem with HH , I export hands on H2N and when i try to import it to PT4 its like folder is empty it imports 0 hands.

What am i doing wrong?

It may be that those hands are in a different format to what PT4 expects. Please attach an example hand history file to a Support Ticket so that we can take a look at them for you.
