PT results disparity

I deposited $300 in my ACR account and after my first session I had $261 in my account and PT said I lost $21.09. Yesterday PT said I won $42 and my balance was $312. Tonight my balance on ACR went from $312 to $298 and PT says I lost $63.61. Does anyone have a possible explanation or advice on how to fix it?

If it's cash games then ACR have a known issue whereby their client doesn't save/write all hands played so PokerTracker 4 wouldn't know about those particular hands. For tournaments ACR do not include results information so you would need to update that manually although they are planning to add this information to their files in an update to their software and should that happen we can then look at adding support.

It just occured to me that I've been playing the Bomb Pot tables and PT4 might not be tracking the Bomb pots. This sound viable?

That's possible. Support for 'Bomb Pots' was added on 17th June so if you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 you should update it.
