Import problems on ACR

It doesnt happen often, but every now and then the hand history of a hand just wont show up. The result of hand is tracked, i just cant look over the hand history or use the replayer.

Do those hands actually exist in the hand history file saved to your computer by ACR? You can open them with a text editor and review/search them for yourself to verify this. This is also a known issue with sites on the WPN Network so until they fix it PokerTracker 4 will not know about those hands unless your poker site can provide you with copies. If the hands exist but do not import then send your sample to us in a Support Ticket.
