Problem after upgrading to 4.15.23

I just upgraded to the last version and the hud stopped showing at the tables. I saw that it imported just 10 random hands from 130 hands played. When I click on Stop getting hands, the button remains grey and nothing happens. When I try to close the PT4 window the message "Please wait for Get Hands While Playing to stop before closing PokerTracker." appears. I have to close PT4 from Windows Task Manager. Reinstalled and again same problem. Please help! I play on pokerstars and checked the Site and Import options, all seem just fine.

Please capture this trouble you're having in a log file and then send that to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

Every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to save/send that PokerTracker4.log file before restarting PokerTracker 4.

I'm getting exactly the same issue, would another log file be helpful or has this been investigated?

I did housekeeping from database management and seems that the problem is fixed.

In PokerTracker 4 click "Database -> Database Management", click your database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". Be prepared for this to take a considerable amount of time if you have a large database, so you'll want to run it when you're not using PokerTracker 4 for a while). Make sure that your computer does not power itself off or go to sleep while it's running or you will need to run it again from the start. If that doesn't fix it then restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce the problem and then send your PokerTracker4.log file to is in a Support Ticket.

I have problem after update for this version.

Before i use Chico (BOL) setup as ipoker, and works fine, hud shows, tournaments are tracked. (using the catcher)

In this new i have to change to Chico option site on PT4 and not Ipoker anymore.

Ok, i config the catcher and PT4, HUD shows again but not fit on table, shows outside and when move also not follow the tables. Can U help me?

Also HUD not updating when change MTT table. Guess its a bug in last update that need to be fixed.

I did the rebuild cache and my hud still won't show. All the other players huds show up.
