Hand histories vanished

Playing 4 tables of cash games on Ignition. As my session nears its end I check my stats and hands played, everything is fine. I play a couple more hands, end the session and go to review my hands played only to find that the amount that I had won dramatically dropped and find that all hands at just one of the four tables have disappeared. Whats interesting is I can find the missing HH's in the "play Poker" section where you download hands etc under the "view todays hands" section. I did some light searching of the forum but couldn't find anything - any help is appreciated.

If the hands are in the 'Play Poker' section they will be available in other reports. The 'Play Poker' section doesn't have any filters (except for the current day) but the 'View Stats' section does so make sure you aren't using any. If you still don't see these hands please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
