cant get pt4 to work with ACR

so i play on ignition basically and for some reason i want to give ACR a try. and i cant get my player alias to show up for ACR. i followed all the steps and i cant get my alias to show up.
i made sure hand history folder was the same of ACR and pt4
i made sure get hands while playing box is check marked
i made sure that my seating for tables is the same on ACR and pt4


not sure what's going on here and would appreciate help. all i see in my player alias box is "hero" for ignition

Are you clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4? Is your poker site actually creating the hand history files while playing in the designated folder? If so do you see them importing into PokerTracker 4 on the 'Play Poker' tab?

If you see the hands importing in the 'Play Poker' section then you need to change the active player in your PokerTracker 4 reports:
