Hello!
How can I tag a hand after been moved from a table?
The hand viewer restarts and only shows hands played at the new table...

You can tag it in any PokerTracker 4 hand report e.g. right-click the hand in the 'Play Poker' section and select 'Tag Selected Hand':

There isn't another method to tag hands for closed tables.

The HUD only queries the database for the current table. I am not a programmer and I don't know how feasible that would be but I have forwarded your suggestion to the development team.
