HUD NOT SHOWING

I live in Aust where online poker is banned, however i have a Pokerstars account & i play with play money. I use it solely as a tool to train & even though a vast majority of players are bad (what do u expect) i like to use PT4 as tool for examining hands from my own perspective & disregarding really bad players moves. I play the Zoom 1000/2000 tables & my HUD is not showing even though i see hands imported. Yet when i go to other zoom tables & cash games (where i can import 30 hands) the HUD shows up. Any explanations?

Make sure your PokerStars client is running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) and try starting the PokerTracker import (Get Hands While Playing) BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If your Zoom HUD is not working after doing this please reinstall PokerStars but if that doesn't fix it please open a Support Ticket with a log file that has recorded the problem so we can investigate:
