Stats not refreshing

Whenever im on the PT4 platform and i have played a couple of hands i want to refresh to analyze them but nothing happens when hitting the refresh button.

Does it have a special time interval you're able to refresh or is something wrong with my client?

Do you see the hands in the 'Play Poker' section of PokerTracker 4 while playing? This section auto refreshes. If you don't see hands there then make sure you are in the correct section of PokerTracker 4 ($ - cash, T- tournament) otherwise check things are setup correctly with your poker site:

If you see hands in the 'Play Poker' section make sure you have the correct player selected when refreshing your reports in 'View Stats':

and that you don't have any filters set.

Yea it recorded some of my early hands yesterday but the ones later at night and todays hands were not included. I reinstalled the program and now it counted in todays hands but when i hit refresh it still does not count in my most recent hands which have been within 30 minutes. What im talking about is the "View Stats" section.

Yes i see the hands in the "Play Poker" section. Do i need to have "Get Hands While Playing" on for the client to recognize my recent hands?

If those hands are visible in the 'Play Poker' section then they will be available in the 'View Stats' section provided that you have the correct player selected and no filters active as per my previous reply. If your recent hands are not visible in either then you need to select 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4 to import hands while you play.
