Changing Tournament Prize to Obtain ICM Feedback

Hello, I play 9 player SitnGo Triple-up Tournaments. Upon reviewing my
hand histories and clicking on PT4's Green ICM button it tells invalid prize
structure and offers me a pre-scripted prize structure or the option
to edit the prize.
My problem is when I click on Edit Tournament and I try to enter a triple-up
prize structure like $45.00/$45.00/$45.00 and click accept PT4 reverts
the prize window to zero and does not accept my new prize structure.

I know i am doing something wrong. As simple as you can, could
you please tell me how to change the prize structure to have PT4
accept it.

Can you please send us this information in a Support Ticket with a sample of these triple-up tournaments. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine.
