importing wrong results

I havent been looking at my pokertracker results page i leave it on as i grind in import mode. I mostly use it for hud. Today i clicked on results page and its showing my down way more money they i actually am. And it seems the past couple months its just been importing the results wrong. I play on stars a mix of 9man/45mans/180man sngs and ton of mtts & satties.Any one has an idea of what i did wrong? i was playing on italy site 6 months back. Im not sure if that has anything to do with the way it imports. Any help on this would be great thank you

Please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. For the most accurate results we recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PT4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars):

For any tournaments with incorrect data you can also update the information manually since the value of the target tournament for satellites isn't always specified in the files provided by PokerStars:

If you have a query regarding the results of specific tournaments feel free to compress the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket.
