Every custom stat is gone

Every custom stat in my pt4 is suddenly gone. HUDs are empty and if I filter for custom stats in Configure- Statistics it's empty as well. All that I created and second party stats as well. I tried to reinstall and roll back to 4.15.21, did nothing. Can you help me please?

In the PokerTracker 4 menu go to 'File > Open User Data Folder' and close PokerTracker 4. In the window that opened go into the 'Data' folder. If you have a 'StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4.backup' file which is different (different size or date) to 'StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4' then you can replace 'StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4' with that (make copies of both files before you make any changes here).

The only one which is different seems to be 1 year old. So everything I created after must be gone for good? Actually a lot of my custom stats belong to HUD i''m distributing via PT4 premium add-on. What can I do to get it from there? Should I sign myself up to users list? Will it help? Or maybe copy StatDefinitionsCustomized from someone who have my HUD?

If you don't have a recent backup to restore those statistics then please open a Support Ticket and we should be able supply you with something from the add-ons you have previously uploaded to your developer account.
