Ladbrokes or RunItOnce compatible?

Postby CaptnCanary » Tue Dec 01, 2020 2:04 pm

Can PT4 be used with Ladbrokes or RunItOnce poker sites? If so, how do I add them?

Ladbrokes uses iPoker software:

iPoker Configuration Guide

Run It Once do not permit a HUD but you can download hands from their client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

Unfortunately you are not correct. Ladbrokes moved to the Party Poker network around 6 months ago. Please can you help with how to configure Ladbrokes? I tried auto detect and manually selecting the install directory but it doesn't work.

In that case it will depend on certain factors. Unfortunately partypoker.com no longer provides downloadable hand history files as you play so a HUD does not work there but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to review/track your data:

If you are a part of that same player pool I do not know if Ladbrokes partypoker skins offer this option to download hands.

If you are on a region specific skin with its own player pool that still offers the option to save hand history files as you play then a HUD would still be supported:

PartyPoker Configuration Guide

If PokerTracker 4 isn't detecting the install you can click 'Add' to manually select folder where your hands are being saved. You can also download the installer for your party skin, compress it, and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can find out the data we need to auto detect it although that would only be needed if the client offers the option to saves hands while you play.

Yeah, the Ladbrokes skin doesn't offer the ability to download hand histories yet. I'm not sure they get saved on disk either. It would be good to get a definitive answer on whether its possible to get Ladbrokes hand histories in any way, whether loading from a file or capturing in real time.

If your poker client is not offering those options that are available in the main partypoker client then if you contact Ladbrokes support they may be able to provide you with copies of your hand histories on request and let you know if they plan to add this functionality in a future update of their software.
