New update problem

I tried out the new update regarding the bounties (in Grand Tour) and it appears that new tournaments are registering and then disappearing.
After completing the installation of the update it asked to update the database.I did not get a notification that it finished or not the update of the database nor any error, but bounties do not seem to register at all for the old tournaments like Grand tour.

The database update isn't specifically for Grand Tour tournaments and they are not fully supported at this time. Also database updates like this wouldn't change anything for tournaments that already exist in the database and they would need to be purged and reimported anyway. To be notified of any changes regarding Grand Tour tournaments you can open a Support Ticket and if you are having a specific issue feel free to send us details and compress a sample of hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you.
