Pokertracker not working for cash games on 888

Can anyone help please. Poker tracker keeps turning off after 3 hands on cash games. It seems to work ok for tournaments - this is all on 888poker. Any idea about this bug or how I can fix it please? Thanks

Please update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4.

Hi, I'm just going to borrow this threads. Update to newest version not help to much is a little beter then before but still not like just as it was before 888 client update. The main problem is 9max cash regular table. Let me explain. I only talking about cash game tables i am not testing this with combinations off MTT, that we are clear. If you have Snap HUD enabled and you play Snap and 6 max regular table is all working fine. But if you open 9max ragular cash table then HUD just crash. So if you dont play Snap you can just disable Snap HUD and then HUD partly works on 6 and 9max regular cash tables. Why in part? Because HUD does not refresh automatically and you often have to select the HUD restart option to refresh.

I hope you can help yourself a little with this and I hope the support reads this and will be able to sort things out soon. Like I said the main problem is in 9max regular cash tables.

Yes that happens with newest version PT4 v4.15.27. Problems are regular 9max cash tables.
