Hello,

I have an issue importing hands from 4max tables, some hands are imported as being from 3max tournament, here is an example:

Please send us the original hand history file AND tournament summary file to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

I do not have the tournament summary, can I just send the hand file?

For the most accurate results we recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars).

If the tournaments are still not detected correctly with summary files include all relevant information in a Support Ticket and compress a sample of hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you. Thank you.
