Ignition Tournaments not showing up in tournament overview

Hello, I played in two ignition tournaments and they don't show up under the overview for tournaments. I thought it was just because they didn't import properly, but they are under the site summary tab. However, it won't let me edit them or anything.

How can I get these tournaments to show up under the Overview tab?

Can you please attach screenshots of each of these PokerTracker 4 report windows either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what you are seeing. Get the entire PokerTracker 4 report windows and don't zoom in or crop anything.
