Satellites Not Recording Correctly

I am seeing an issue with Pokertracker 4 recording results of satellites on Pokerstars. I have to manually enter the results after the fact to correct. When I win it shows $0 won. If I place and don't win a ticket it sometimes shows correct amount and sometimes shows inaccurate amount.

Apologies if this has already been answered. I saw a few old posts about it but they said it would be resolved in a patch.

Please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories:

Bear in mind that the value of the target tournament isn't always specified in these files for satellites so in cases like that there is no way for PokerTracker 4 to know what that was so you may have to manually update these results anyway. You can check the files PokerStars has provided to you for yourself with a text editor such as Notepad to see if that information is detailed. If it is and PokerTracker 4 isn't detecting the value of the target tournament then send us the hand histories and tournament summaries to us in a Support Ticket.
