pokertracker 4 working for cash but not tourney

do i have a setting wrong? It was working fine for both befr a recent update.

Update of what? PokerTracker 4 or your poker site? On what poker site is this ? Are the hands importing or not? Without further information I don't know but if this is with a site on the Winning Poker Network site they updated recently which broke importing on tournament hands and that has been fixed with the latest version of PokerTracker 4:
