Impossible to launch partygaming.fr

hey,

I have no problem with PT3 to launch the hud on the tables. I use my PT3 configuration, adding hand history's directory for PT4 which is : C:\Programs\PartyFrance\PartyPokerFR\handhistory\"My User Name" (auto detection is not possible : "unable to detect party poker hand history on my computer). But nothing happen and I am not able to see any statistics on the tables' room.

Could you tell me what is the solution?

I have party poker in english and I open it as "administrator". I also did hand history preference on the lobby's room. So I don't understand what is the problem with it.

Maybe this beta version doesn't work with french rooms.

I also succeed on importing my database from PT3 to PT4.

Sorry - I'm not sure exactly what the problem is?
Is the HUD not appearing for your tables in PT4, or are the hands not importing?

Is PT4 configured to read from the folder that they are being written to?

If you think you have things set up correctly please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single table.
Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session so that we can see what is going on.

hand history files is ok, I use it with PT3 so no problem about writting hands.

so, I put the same folder for PT4 than PT3. and nothing happen when I open Party poker.fr. I think PT4 doesn't work for french rooms.

I am going to write a thread on pokerstrategy.com (I am a member since 2008) about that. I understand that french rooms are not really a priority for your firm.

I use exactly the same than PT3 for PT4 because this is the place where all my hands are written when I play

log file : C:\programs\PartyFrance\PartyPokerFr\HandHistory\"my pseudo on partypoker.fr".

And It is impossible to click on "launch" button for partygaming.

For pokerstars.fr I can but if I do that I have a message "you have not the last version for this room please charge it". But I have the last one!

Last information, I imported all my database from PT3 to PT4 without any problem.

I am a little fed up and I am going to drop because I wasted too much time trying to solve this problem.

I bought PT for the first time in 2008 and I have always be satisfied on it but I won't use PT4 which is not adapted for french rooms. I can understand you are not interested on it
