Before I saw the last post i did Rebuild database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Custom, and finished. Well, the Hud showed up, but all the players were with 0 hands and started counting hands from there.
Now i did 1. Tune PostgreSQL (this only needs to be completed once ever. If this step fails, you can safely skip to step #2)
2. Reindex
3. Cluster
4. Vacuum/Analyze and finished the process.
After tryed 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild' , but after 9 minutes elapsed time it stopped and had note Not Responding..
Now i am trying again Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild

It's not unusual for PokerTracker 4 to be unresponsive during a cache rebuild - it needs to be left alone so the cache rebuild can complete uninterrupted. You can check task manager to see that PostgreSQL processes are still active even if PokerTracker 4 is unresponsive. Since you previously cancelled a full cache rebuild that database will not be usable until another full cache rebuild has been started and left to finish.

Checked the task manager and: https://postimg.cc/wtgzVD5D
and eys it stucked to 0:09:10 elapsed time and Not responding
Now again changed to : https://postimg.cc/ftvfdQzx

I said that PokerTracker 4 being unresponsive during a cache rebuild is not unusual so please leave it alone and let it finish.

This task manager screenshot shows that PostgreSQL is busy with disk operations - you can see one of the processes is at 153.4 MB/s. This means the cache rebuild is busy. Can you please leave PokerTracker 4 alone and ignore the fact that is is unresponsive. On large databases the times you see might not be accurate and might not update sometimes so just ignore them and allow the cache rebuild to finish.

Oh, sry didn't know that on large databases the times you see might not be accurate and might not update sometimes and i did Rebuild Cache for first time.
Full Cache RebuildIt finished, i closed normally PT4, restart PC. Joined tables and the Hud didn't shows up.. and from Stop getting hands - the note ( Not Responding )

Because I don't want to play without a HUD, what options i have to resolve the problem?
To delete all columns which created ( i can see them in blue ) + the new statistic (in blue) and after to try Full Cache Rebuild again?
To delete the database and to create new database ( not sure if this will help )
To delete my HUD profil ( have old one )
To change the PT4 key and to run again PT4 ( not sure what will happend with the postgress )

Since a full cache rebuild has previously been cancelled while in progress at least once it's possible the database is damaged.

Possibly but if the database is damaged then this might not resolve the issue. If you didn't run the housekeeping options before the completed cache rebuild then do those first and then the cache rebuild.

I don't recommend deleting the database at the moment in case you might need something from it but you can create a new database, import some of your hands and try things out there:

If you are using an older version of PostgreSQL (such as v9.3, v10) then you might want to consider upgrading to PostgreSQL v16:

hanks! Today i did again housekeeping 1.Tune PostgreSQL, 2.Vacuum/Analyze, 3.Reindexv, Cluster, 4.Full Vacuum/Analyze (i had note i think from PT4 for Housekeeping (this time + Full Vacuum/Analyze), after Full Cache Rebuild'. and no HUD and not responding again.

It looks like it's possible the database is damaged.

Well, Uninstalled PostgreSQL 12.18, Uninstall PT4, Install same 12.18 PostgreSQL, install PT4, Deleted Database( before copy/paste the hands from processed files, Create New Database, Deleted HUD Profile and imported my back-up Profile and imported the hands again.

Now everything is fine!

Have questions about the custom stats + columns which i created. They are still exist in "cash player stats" . Is there a problem with them being there?

If add some of them in HUD in Profile or Popup Group is it possible my new Database to be damaged again?

If delete all my created custom columns and all created custom stats, can i import the same stats again (i have them exported) ?

Thought, if uninstall PT4 and PostgreSQL i will have to register again Pt4 with code and will be completely new, and just to make these created custom stats and columns to disappear, then i can import these custom stats exported, without columns..
