Bad Stat Value

Hello, could you open a Support Ticket with a link to this forum thread and someone with more knowledge about how the stats work will investigate. Also, please attach one of the stats, so that we can reproduce the issue.

In that case it would be useful if you could create a backup of your database, and attach it to a support ticket (or if it's too big, upload it to a cloud sharing service and send us the download link). That might allow us to reproduce the issue and find a solution. Thank you!

A technician replied to you in ticket #1068787 asking for further information about your statistics/database. I don't see any follow up from you in the ticket since then and tickets automatically close after 5 days without a response. If you reply to the ticket with the requested information that will reopen the ticket however as mentioned in your ticket if you have made external changes to the database then that isn't supported.

I had the same error again this morning, it is definitely internal and it is not a DB problem.

The stat I'm having an error is showing 0% in one report and 95% on a new report. Same stat, no filter applied, it is just an internal bug.
Also, it seems that modifying the column, or removing/adding again the same expression fix the issue

I haven't implied you haven't supported me (I think the support here on the forum especially is quite oustanding tbh).
I haven't followed through because I cannot replicate the issue, sending you the files you have required won't do anything since teh bug has fixed itself
