Fold to Check-Raise on the Flop: BTN vs BB in 3-Max

Hi!
I’d like to clarify how to track situations where the BTN folds to a check-raise from the BB in a 3-Max format. The scenario is as follows:
Preflop:
BTN opens with a raise.
SB folds.
BB calls.

Flop:
BB checks.
BTN makes a c-bet.
BB responds with a check-raise.
BTN folds.
What filters and flags are best to use for these situations?
If you can share examples of statistics for PT4 or advice on the correct calculation logic, I’d really appreciate it.

The action the BTN takes on the flop wouldn't be a single fold - it will be bet/fold.

There is nothing in your columns that states this is a single raised pot where the BTN was the aggressor so limp calls will be counted since you just specified that the SB did not get involved.
