Trying to make a definition for 4bet range UTG IP

What is wrong with this definition? It says statistic is valid , but in the hud it shows "Error: cannot convert value to double"

1. You are not using any mathematical operator between this:

and this:

(cnt_p_4bet_ip / cnt_p_4bet_ip_opp)

2. Even if you were to add an operator you shouldn't be using cnt_p_4bet_ip or cnt_p_4bet_ip_opp in your custom statistics value expression - you just need to use your 4 custom columns. The correct formula would be:
