You can never have both overcards and a one pair hand - and you have a one pair hand in this example as the board is paired.

I'm still not able to get it to work after making some changes to the filters.
I removed the pair, so it's only 2 overs and added paired board as the new filter to no avail.

What do you think is still incorrect?

The Overcards filter means that you have a high card hand and the cards are over the board - not just that your cards are over the board. We don't have a filter for one pair hands to check that both cards are above the board cards.

No, there isn't a filter for having two overcards to the board when you have one pair at the current point in time.
