Pop up notes too large for my screen

Hi

I play on a 15.6" laptop with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 and am having a problem with the pop up notes - the box that appears when I hover over the notes icon in my HUD. If I have a large sample on a player the pop up box appears a little wider than my screeen making it unreadable during play (the edges get chopped off). The usual suspect for this is the 'Called 2bet from blinds range' note. Once is has listed all the recorded hands the box is too wide for me to read what each line of the notes then appertains to as the left hand edge of the pop up is slightly off screen. Is there any way for me to wrap the text of the notes or any other way to prevent this?

There's nothing you can do to control the way that wraps but please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what we can do to prevent this generally going forward. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I've got the same problem with the display of the notes, when you have a lot of hands played with a player it becomes sooner or later a problem for everyone.
Usually the preflop notes {w cardrange} just get to long, especially Preflop Cardrange Notes in PL Omaha!

So to prevent this issue I would suggest to think about two options (Feature Request):

1. If its possible just make an option available to show the last 25 entrys of a note and overwrite the older ones in the list.
2. Make it possible that you can set a maximum number like 25 entrys for a specific note (like 25).

From a player sight option 1 would be best, but option 2 is still a very good solution if it is easier to implement.
Otherwise I would have to purge all automatic notes and have to set all my PLO Preflop Notes inactive before recreating all my tracked notes.

You can quickly purge to a recent date by using Tools -> NoteTracker -- the Status page has a button to purge to the last 60 days in one click.

Yes, I know that purge option, but this woudn't solve the display problem at all and would also remove the other more rare notes I would still like to have from the past time span.

For example I have played 3k+ hands PL Omaha this month w a player and he has 50+ Notes tracked for a note "LP OR w>100BB {w cardrange}".
So when I check his notes (via tooltip) the left part of the notes is not visible (not showing on the screen).

Because the cardrange-notes are all listed after one another in one row, it's getting too long after "x entrys" to show on any screen completely.
Also it seems like the tooltip note box is kind of centered and not left boardered which increases this effect..

Example (shown all in one row at the moment, so that the left part is not visible anymore after x entrys):

Theoretically an implemented carriage return after x entrys in a cardrange list would solve this bug easily if it's possible to implement that..

I don't know how easy such an implementation is but I will suggest it to the development team.

Thank you very much kraada.
And it would be perfect to have also "suited and double suited" informations shown in that cardrange like {KJT9ds, 8763ss} for omaha (ike as it is already done for holdem).
But most important will be the carriage return (max entrys, last xx entrys), to control that a note line of information can't get longer than your screen (unreadable).
