Updated to IOS Version 27.0 and tried opening PT4 and now getting this error? Anyone know what to do?

Can you please send this information to us via a Support Ticket with your PokerTracker4.log file where a technician can follow up with you. To do that press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the issue and then attach your PokerTracker4.log file to the ticket from here:

/Users/{Mac Username}/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/PokerTracker4.log

HI. I am having same problem/error. Any solution?
I tried to go to the log using path /Users/{Mac Username}/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/PokerTracker4.log
But when I get to Application Support/ PokerTracker 4 is not in the folder.
