Ignition/Bodog/Bovada Update - Hand Grabber Not Working

A new version of the hand grabber is now available which should download automatically when restarting PokerTracker 4. Make sure to do this and start the import ('Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing') before opening your Ignition/Bovada/Bodog poker client.

I automatically downloaded the new version. Hand grabber had worked fine this morning, now after automatically downloading the update the grabber no longer works.

It looks like the new hand grabber will randomly miss some hands, I have only noticed when it was a fairly big pot I won so not sure if that has anything to do with it but I am going to have to go and manually download from Ignition when available to grab them.

If this was working earlier on the same day before the hand grabber updated that suggests your poker client hasn't been updated to the newer version. As far as I am aware the update is compulsory so if your Ignition client hasn't updated try restarting your computer and then start your Ignition Poker client with PokerTracker closed and see if it updates. If not try downloading and installing the poker client from the Ignition website again.

Am also having the same issue where the tracker is randomly not picking up hands. Also might be causing the software to not pick up when a new player sits - i had it twice where a player would leave the table and a new one would sit but the software would still recognise that it is an old player.

We have pushed another update to the Ignition Hand Grabber (v2.0.14) to address issues reported after the initial major update. This update should download automatically when restarting PokerTracker 4. Make sure to do this and start the import ('Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing') before opening your Ignition/Bovada/Bodog poker client again. If you experience any issue with this version please reproduce the problem and then go to 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status'. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then attach it to a Support Ticket:

Well, the hand tracker broke for me again after working for ~3 days. Ignition didn't seem to have an update on their end in that time. When I went to open PT4 today, a new version of the handgrabber automatically downloaded, but the new version doesn't work with Ignition when it was working just yesterday. I think the latest version you all released today broke things. I sent in a support ticket w/ bundle.

I am seeing the same status on the Hand Grabber but hands are being grabbed intermittently. Sometimes a table is not detected, other times with a table that is detected about half of the played hands don't show up.

Thanks for the reports. A new version of the Ignition Hand Grabber (v2.0.15) has just been released. I'm also expecting another update will be made available soon.
