Ignition Hand Grabber v2.0.16 is now available.

If anyone is still experiencing missed hands then after the issue has occurred select 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status'. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then attach it to a Support Ticket:

the handgrabber went through an update today and the grabber stopped working/hud stopped appearing. was working fine until today, is there a way to rollback to previous version? plz fix the issue asap

Please give us an update on the new version/fix, team. I think the hand history download function in the Iggy app is broken, too, so after we download the hand history, the PNL is still unmatched compared to what I tracked myself. So without a proper Hand Grabber, we just can not accurately track our data. Please fix it early, I would really appreciate that. Cheers!
