Ignition Downloaded Hands Format Error

Hello, when i try to import hands that i downloaded from the client(ignition latam client) are not recognized. I tried to attach the.txt file but is not allowed

Please attach the original .zip file that you downloaded from Ignition to the ticket instead.

Hi, the hands are downloaded as .txt files to a folder, I managed to grab a few and put it in a zip.

Hi, something changed in the txt format and now PT4 doesn't recognize imported hand files from disk, but recording hand files while playing is fine.

Support for the import of downloaded hands in the new clients will be addressed in a PokerTracker 4 update but if you are playing on Ozoon can you please attach a sample to a Support Ticket as we don't have any examples from that skin yet.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what Ozoon is. Do you know if the arrangement to import the hands from the new ignition customer is close?

Ozoon is a Canadian skin. This alpha version of PokerTracker 4 adds support for downloaded hands from the new Ignition skin:
