ignition hand grabber not working after last update

as the title says, it stopped working after last update. I play on ignition latam. hud not showing and hands not importing

So we can follow up with you on this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4 with Ignition closed. Click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start Ignition. Start Ignition and play some hands and then go to 'PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status'. In the Status window, click the 'Gear' icon and select 'Create Support Bundle'. Save this file to your computer and then attach it to a Support Ticket:
