99% Loading Bug at $0.50/$1, 9-person NL Holdem

Something is going on at Ignition... I get a 99% Loading Bug at $0.50/$1, 9-person NL Holdem. Only at that stake and size. All other formats work no problem, even .50/1 6-person.

I've tried all the known fixes and nothing helps. PT on or off still doesn't do anything.

When a table finally loads after 10-45 minutes, PT is hit or miss in regards to working correctly. Sometimes the HUD loads, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it pops up on another window.

I use the Desktop Client mainly in order for PT to work, but I checked the browser and that's broke as well.

Look at this weird hud effect... hud is on the wrong table... a table that's loading as well?!?

I'd suggest contacting Ignition support about that if you haven't already done so.

What is broke? The table loading issue? If so please contact Ignition support about that if you haven't already done so. If you mean the HUD then the Ignition Hand Grabber does not support browser play.

If a new table starts while you also have a bugged table window open then the HUD can potentially attach to the wrong table window. I'd recommend only opening further tables after each table has successfully opened and the HUD has attached.

Thanks for the reply - yea, issue on their end for sure, just reaching out here to see if anyone had experienced this and/or a solution. I've reached out to Ignition support and their Discord, but I'm not very hopeful...

I'll take your recommendation regarding opening additional tables, thanks.

I've tested opening the same stake/table type a couple of times and didn't experience any issues with that.
